About Me

Hello everyone,

My name is Roven from sunny and humid Dominican Republic. I found out about Lolita fashion when I was very young, I believe it was in 2009 through Myspace and Visual Kei bands. I never really tried it until 2014, I think? But I didn't continue participating in my local community for a while because I also cosplay and couldn't afford both 😭🤣

Early in 2020, I decided to give the fashion another chance, and since conventions were canceled, I have not been very active in cosplay so Lolita fashion has taken a lot of my attention this year. 

I decided to start this blog because I usually talk a lot 😆 and I really enjoy reading reviews. Expect to see a loooot of pictures and me rambling about why I bought things and why I love them so much (or not, maybe). I also want to share my handmade projects and alterations. Thanks to cosplay, I could learn a lot about sewing, so I hope I can also experiment with Lolita fashion! Do expect to see some crafting and DIY as well! Maybe we could learn things together.
