Altering Tulu Tulu Lolita Hoop Skirt
This wasn't going to be my next post buuuut, today I finally got the chance to work on something crafty after soooo long, and I'm so excited! So I decided to write about this, instead of the original post I had in mind. As I said in my previous post , I wanted to alter this hoop skirt because it was a tad longer than what I wanted it. Basically, the hoop skirt measured around ~49cm and I wanted it to be around 45, so I can wear it in my natural waistline, with shorter skirts and more casual dresses. As you can see, I didn't do anything fancy, but definitely something way better than my first rushy attempt 😂 The first step was to remove the lace from the hem. I used my favorite tool, the legendary seam ripper that I always have around because I oftentimes have to undo my stitches. I love this tool so much.
